I can’t articulate or explain my dislike of foreplay. I accept it probably isn't rational. But I'll give this a watch just to see how Squire shows out.

Just finished watching this episode and it’s pretty good.
I can’t believe how bad the foreplay guys still are at golf considering their resources and how much they play.

Yikes, dead patches on the green down to just straight sand? Squire is great in general but they need to get that figured out.

I watched it. I saw no dead patches on the greens. The fairways did look spotty in some places. But the greens looked great unless I missed something that you saw

They are try-hards trying to bro it up and act cool with the pros. I don’t care for them either. Frankie is the only one with any redeeming qualities.
But they get great access to the pros and some nice courses

You can’t deny they have built a quality brand and have great partnerships but the actual content they put out is terrible. They are not remotely entertaining. If you removed barstool from the equation there is zero chance anyone tunes into them

Burns finishing them off before finishing the best string of holes in the state is a travesty.
This is the first time I've watched them actually golf. My word, they are horrible. No one should ever be embarrassed about their golfing skills. It's a hard game. But with that said, I'd be embarrassed if I was them. Access to fittings, clubs, lessons, golf courses, etc. while having a job that presumably allows you time to play and practice regularly... They should all be decent golfers. It's a hard game but it ain't that hard.

Me either. He comes off like a dick in everything I’ve ever seen him in. Trent is horrible at golf but genuinely a nice guy. Frankie is great and actually pretty good.
I’ve always been a fan of Sam but this made me like him even more.

The greens just looked like really good fall greens. Fairways were transitioning to winter grass so looked a little odd but still perfect I’m sure.

Dan Rappaport has to be one of the most insufferable people in golf. Same can be said for Riggs. The rest of the guys are okay but are definitely casual watchers. No Laying Up/ The Shotgun Start are much better podcasts because they don’t spend 3/4 of the podcast talking about random stuff or how drunk they got on a course. I just think all of their content is very surface level and shallow. I’ll put it this way. If foreplay wasn’t a part of barstool they wouldnt be successful. They just happen to be under the Barstool umbrella so they are essentially just gifted a huge audience.

My 8YO daughter saw them freaking out shooting the shot guns and gave me a WTF look... I explained to her some guys have never shot a gun and she couldn't believe it.
