Wtf - are they the ones on video pulling hidden duffle bags running ballots over and over when the “pipes” broke, they “shut down” counting and “left” the building?

A republican has to go through hoops to not upset the apple cart in DC. They will get you six ways from Sunday. Lawfare.

Judge Beryl Howell in August issued a default judgment against Giuliani in the women’s favor because he had repeatedly failed to comply with orders requiring him to turn over evidence to their attorneys. Giuliani previously had conceded that for the purposes of the lawsuit he had made false statements about the women that were defamatory.

So he never turned over the evidence and admitted he made false statements. Is it surprising he lost?

Thought you are the preeminent lawyer here, why aren't you the lead attorney for them?

WAT??

Did the attorneys somehow prove that these people would each live to be 2,000 years old?

A DC jury of black democrats. Giuliani is lucky they didn't include the death penalty.

The jury makeup was 5 Whites and 3 Blacks.

Significantly Black jury pools are actually rare in that court, the biggest issue with pools there is they tend to have a lot of people who work for military contractors.
