He's at the point where anything less than 10 games won't get his attention. Give him 15 and a warning that the next one is 40, including the playoffs.

He's already been suspended 5 games THIS SEASON for similar actions and has a long long long long history of this stuff.
The NBA let him get away with too much. Its time to stamp down on him
