Out probably all of December with planter facitis….not great for her and start of sec play in January

She just seemed to be getting into some type of condition

She can still condition. She'll just have to do it differently. Rowing machine or something like that

She’s resting it so she will be 100% for SEC and March.

Smart if you ask me. Almost like we have a hall of fame coach or something

There’s no resting it. Only surgery to cut the tendon and time to heal. 9-12 weeks

Is she having surgery? Many people heal without surgery.

I cured it rolling my foot an a tennis ball and a frozen water bottle.

100% false.

Every case is different and it can often heal on its own with physical therapy and treatment.

Ummm wrong. I had it and rest worked. Surgery is necessary only in extreme cases.

Having lived with plantar fasciitis for over a year, I can’t imagine trying to play basketball with it

Is this something that develops over time or it is trauma induced?
