Would be very cool. This could be done before mid-February if they hustle

New outfield fence without the trashy billboards would be good to include as well.

Agreed, but I truly wish LSU could dial down the advertising all over the stadiums. It just looks tacky. And you can’t make me believe that these programs really need that money.

Most athletic departments rely on student fees and taxpayer $$. LSU does not. They have to make that $$ somewhere.

Then up the tickets prices or seat licensing.
Slathering everything with ads, like the foul poles and the cup holders looks cheap AF.

Give it 10-15 games into the season and those rant travel ball douchenozzle coaches will be foaming at the mouth again just like they do every season.

It’s crazy how hard this is for LSU to do.

There is plenty room behind the scoreboard. I remember the outfield picture someone posted awhile back

Even big league parks have advertising all over the place. LSU could make the playing area appear much classier, though, by having a policy that forbids multi-color outfield wall ads. Just allow white lettering and logos on a green outfield wall, like they do in the Rangers new stadium. It makes a huge difference.

Will it be ready before I-10 from I-110 to Acadian is expanded to more than one lane?

I've watched nearly every inning of every game, and not once did an advertisment ruin my experience. Didn't even notice a single one. Nor could I tell you which fields have them and which don't.

Advertising on the outfield walls is as old as baseball itself. Watch an Astros game, and the place looks like a kaleidoscope. Braves, Yankees...they have advertising everywhere.

Some people either don't watch much baseball, or they somehow only get offended when it's LSU.

There is really a simple solution. Those that don't want ads put up the money and tell LSU they want a green wall. It's a win win.
