Missouri two losses LSU 3 losses

So the rule doesn’t apply to certain teams?

We also played a tougher schedule, so some of yall rationality with this 3-loss crap is wrong. We controlled the entire Missouri game on the road, that’s pure facts!

But isn’t the playoff ranking based off best teams?

That’s what the whole committee thing is inconsistent. If it’s based off what they view as the best teams than rank it accordingly

Because playing big non conference games when you are in the sec absolutely makes no sense in positioning yourself for a better ranking

Bama would be favored by 10+ currently on a neutral field.

LSU would be favored against Missouri. Were ranked behind them.

Not that difficult really. LSU lost more games. VERY simple to decipher.

Then why is a shitty team like Alabama in the playoffs over Florida State?

Didn’t affect Bama in that decision with FSU. Who’s the “better team”? I

Florida state is the much better team.

And would lose by 20. This is a team that got very fortunate to beat a very shitty Auburn.

Because lsu played a meaningless out of conference game against a top 5 team.

So LSU is penalized for scheduling FSU?

Well, if LSU played the school for the blind instead, they would only have 2 losses. That probably would have been enough to keep them in the top 12 and thus make it in a 12 team playoff.

So ya, some years it might cost LSU by scheduling good teams. But hey, the dumbasses here would rather play good opponents. Whelp, you reap what you sow.

Probably the rule that losses hurt your resume.

Losses. FSU has 0 losses. Bama and Texas has 1. But Mizzou deserves to be ahead of LSU because of the number of losses yet FSU doesn’t deserve to be ahead of Bama and Texas?

FSU was left out solely because Jordan Travis is hurt. If Jordan Travis hadn’t gotten hurt, they would be in the playoff. If Brady Cook got hurt and Mizzou struggled to score, they would drop in the rankings.

Missouri had close calls against Memphis, Middle Tenn, Kansas ST, and Florida. I’m calling BS on that. They’re ranked ahead solely because they have less losses.

Are you saying the one who lost fewer games should be ranked higher? So like Alabama, Texas, and FSU?
