Not that difficult really. LSU lost more games. VERY simple to decipher.

But LSU beat Mizzou at home and has better QB play.. see, we can do this all day

The point of the post is 12 teams will not eliminate arguments, just shift them to other fans. Should be fun.

Didn’t affect Bama in that decision with FSU. Who’s the “better team”? If only they had played lol

So LSU is penalized for scheduling FSU?

Head to head only matters if everything else is reasonably the same.

If a 1-10 team's only win is against a 10-1 team, are they ranked higher because of head to head? Of course not. Because everything else isn't remotely similar.

FSU has less losses than anyone and didn’t crack the top 4

I think if it came down to a discussion for playoff eligibility, they may have made a different decision. LSU only has one more loss because they played FSU. The head-to-head may have had more weight in that scenario.

I agree with that position, but how is everything else not reasonably the same in this case? LSU is 1-3 against the Top 15 and Missouri is 0-2. Missouri beat a couple of barely ranked teams but is that really enough to offset the head-to-head result?

Bama would be favored by 10+ currently on a neutral field.
