Any Clues As To How Old This Fellow Is?

I saw him last year at night and he’s a bit bigger this year. I’m guessing 2.5 years?
Here he is with a dumb spike that I see around the feeder all hours of the day

IMHO he’s a 3 1/2 yr old. A bit too thick in the body and antlers for a 2 1/2.
