re: LSU football is 11-1 with a chance at 12-0 if Keon Coleman came to LSU over FSU.

Didnt say our offense was the problem.
I just feel we win the FSU game if Keon Coleman is wearing an LSU jersey instead of FSU. He was their leading reciever at 120 yards and 3 tds. He was mossing our guys all game even when our corners were playing well. We also likely convert more drives with Coleman vs Lacy. I really think this is a 28+ point swing in score. We probably score 38 and they score 31. Coleman is literally the focal point of their offense, when he isn't getting catches their offense did literally nothing.
Against Ole Miss we win that game if our offense is 1% better. 1 less Kyren Lacy drop and we win the game. Coleman makes those catches. He's as good as malik nabers.
We would be 11-1, a fools gold team because our defense would still lose us a game in the playoffa. But recruits and the media don't care about that.

This team would still have one of the worst defenses in school history, but I think that 1 player would have swung us 2 more wins.
wow

Not even one upvote. I think you may be wrong on this one.

Sorry don't believe that, we still wouldn't have got the stops we needed in the 3 games. Problem wasn't offense.

You think offense was our problem?

We have 2 of the best receivers already. One more isn't winning us 2 extra games.

If you want to argue that taking Coleman away from FSU would have hurt them enough to where they wouldn't have beaten us, it's a stretch, but I can at least see your point. I don't know how having another first round receiver helps us stop Ole Miss.

That’s far from the reason we lost to FSU!! What game you watched?? FSU dominated the LOS on both sides

Nah man.
If we just had good corners we would be 12-0 and looking at Georgia this weekend

Don't you think #55 Braden Fiske would have made a bigger difference, if you're talking one transfer? Or the CB they got from UVA?
WR was the biggest strength of this team besides of course QB.

I agree. There's alot of what ifs that make us win 2 more games. I have so little faith in our defensive coaching that I don't think having 2011 LSU's entire defensive ROSTER would have made this defense good enough to beat FSU or Bama. It's such a shite show.
I said Keon Coleman as the SINGLE biggest player we missed out on because he both helps LSU's offense and SIGNIFICANTLY weakens FSUs offense. I don't think there was any SINGLE player that we had a chance to land in the transfer portal that could've altered the outcome of our 3 losses more than Keon Coleman. We needed like 5-6 players on defense to alter FSU and Bamas outcome.

Not sure even one LOL tackling '23 D player would have even made 2nd team for "11 D.
You don't come to LSU to learn how to tackle.

Uhhh, no. We have better receivers than Florida State. He would have made the team but wouldn’t have beaten out the guys that played for is this year.

He had about 20% of his yearly production against our defense.
That can probably be said for a lot of guys we played against lol

Coleman is a batter reciever than both BTJ and Lacy. He's considered an equivalent NFL talent to Malik Nabers. He's literally BTJ with better route running ability.
