Home of the first domed stadium in the world, and we don't even use it for anything.

plus we call the roads that run beside the freeways "feeders". no one else really calls them that.

also, we can pronounce "Kuykendahl"

Lots of Nurseries.

Plants that is. Not children.

We were called another city despite that city’s limits dancing around us completely and now getting sued to keep from being treated as an actual different city.

I grew up in a small town that had and still has a noon whistle. A lot of smaller towns in the midwest do.

A 19th century visitor described it as "a miserable collection of log cabins.". Opinions vary whether it has improved.

Extreme hardheadedness. To a degree that defies logic. The mention of change is enough to fold most families.

Butler PA:

Original home of the Jeep. They have Jeep Days downtown every summer.

And the home of Bret Michaels, the lead singer of Poison.

We have Archibalds BBQ.

They build Mercedes M classes down the road (technically in town but only because our greedy politicians required it to be in the city limits for us to provide them with water. On a map there is like a 20' section that runs along the interstate connecting the plant to Tuscaloosa).

There is also a much hated University here. One that I went to and wish was 1/3 the size it is now.

Hello pal, I am too. How about that new mayor? Well he's sure got the Genco's in a tizzy. I don't like the way the fella does business but I sure am enjoying him stirring up those rat dago bastards.

My hometown does not have any RR tracks except by the one plant on the outskirts. Does not have a MLK or a bus station. And is the cleanest city I’ve ever been in.

Not far from where I grew up. Like maybe 60 miles down I-75.
