re: How embarrassed is Ohio State and their fanbase?

That's a bit unfair. OSU had a 4th and 1 from their own 46 early they could have gone for that you could second guess. The only other thing I thought they could have done differently was I think they had 4th and 2 at the end of the half they could have gone for -- but, they didn't really have time for a TD. It would have just given them better positioning for the FG.
Moore almost blew it at the end. They had a chance to deliver the knockout punch with two minutes left and first down at the OSU 25, but gave OSU a chance to pull it out by going conservative.
Moore called a solid game and Michigan got lucky at critical times, but it wasn't necessarily a master class. Two of the fourth down decisions were relatively obvious. The third was a gutsy pass they converted instead of a long FG try, so give Moore credit for that.
I thought Day did a good job with McCord. McCord hit some nice long plays. He does have a tendency to throw it in the dirt under pressure, though. Day was also very patient and smart pounding Michigan with runs on a couple of drives, too, when they could have easily panicked and started throwing on every play.

No. Any QB between Bauserman and McCord probably puts 50+ on them yesterday.
That's what happened.

Luckily for Buckeye fans, the true embarrassment of CFB has upstaged them a mere 12-15 hours later.

After being gifted the game due to 4-5 blown calls, the largest being the tight end fumble.

good analysis. the early interception by mccord was pretty bad, but he settled in and osu had every opportunity to win the game. the last interception wasn't his fault. mccarthy was throwing lasers. at the end of the day, osu couldn't get their defense off the field soon enough and Michigan scored on every drive in the second half. was a great game. i was a wreck before, during and after the game yesterday. this was the last time the game will have this type of weight in the regular season. GO BLUE!

Someone mentioned earlier that Day is where Kirby was a few years ago (with Bama being his Michigan). Difference is though the talent between Bama/UGA was equal (or slightly in Bama's favor) whereas Ohio St has had a massive talent advantage over Michigan the past few years and still loses.

I wouldn’t say massive talent advantage.
