It wouldn't surprise me to find that American blacks in leadership positions have an edge on corruption, but it's their culture, not melanin. If you're told your entire life that The Man is keeping you down, and all the powerful wypipo are all scamming the system, you're going to be a lot more likely to have the attitude of "well, it's our turn now" when you get the chance. Same reason hoodrats feel entitled to shop for free.

I have postulated this for years now, and the simplistic and economical way that you lay it out here is a thing beauty.

Pineville, a majority white city, had black mayor for years. Only difference was he was competent and not a crook!

It’s never because they’re corrupt scumbags, rather it’s only because they’re “black” that they get investigated.

Big cities have always been rotten with political corruption. It was that way long before blacks came into power but the old Irish and Italian machines didn't have "muh racism" to excuse their corruption.

Nothing she's done has been viewed as illegal or unethical by the majority of her constituency.

She's a true extension of her constituency, as are politicians for the most part.

If she could run again, she would win again.

See Dollar Bill Jefferson. He wasn't re-elected when he was merely under indictment. He was re-elected after he was convicted.

Plus, the uncomfortable fact that the favorite at this point to win the mayoralty next is Oliver Thomas, an ex-con.

If she thinks they’re hard on black leadership, she should see how they come after orange leadership.

She would fold in a minute if she had to face what Trump has been up against constantly for no reason whatsoever!

I bet part of that was a money laundering scheme where part of that money was kicked back to Latoya. It was a way for her to put campaign cash in her pocket and conceal it.

Of course. Her image is shite. She didn’t pay anyone to help her image. There isn’t enough money in the world that could help with that anyway.

The US is nothing but an oppressive racist country. The left is going to holler it over and over as well as louder and louder for the next year.
Guess what - people are sick of corrupt and incompetent people destroying this country and that has nothing to do with race.
