Got to go check it out today and plink around. They have a nice setup with the LongShot cameras at 1k, already installed. Waiting on my Garmin to come in but got to play with theirs at the range. Super easy to set up and very consistent even with the can, something that takes extra parts for a LabRadar. Didn’t see anything on here posted about it, was wondering if anyone else on the board may be joining as well?

Nice to have a range out to to 1k those close to BR. Obligatory range pic included.

What’s the cost? Is it membership only?

Drone footage of the range and buildings.

Borrowed some photos off their FB page.

I really wonder about the two story concept. I hope they have some steel plate between the floors. If not, sooner or later someone on that bottom floor is going to ND through the ceiling into someone sitting upstairs.

I have not been yet. Ben built a friend’s 300 PRC. I have seen the vids of it sticking a golf ball on the 1000 yard range. I am going to take his class

I spoke with Ben about a month ago and look forward to getting signed up for his class. His reviews are top notch

I will probably be early spring before I get to do the class.

Will be open to the public on an hourly basis. I think the upstairs portion is planned to be restricted to members, so from 380/400 yards out to 1k will be members only if I understand correctly. The bottom floor will go from 100-380/400.

He is currently running a special until December 1st, $200 initial membership fee and $60/month. On the 1st it goes to $350 & $60 for upstairs, $50 for downstairs only. He has posted that so I don't think its unfair to post it publicly. I think it's a fair price for what you get. Wife did ask if I was getting out of the other range I am a member of, then she answered her own question

I was finishing my break-in on a new 6CM but was talked into taking a few shots at the 1k yard golf ball. Had 4 shots right under it but didn't connect. Definitely a fun challenge.

Buddy and I went back today to play around and we both smacked a golf ball at 1k. Both excited to say the least!

Looks awesome, glad to see a facility like this in the BR area.

Are the only shooting stations in the shoot house? Is this facility mainly setup for long range/precision rifle, or could I also shoot pistol/carbine < 100 yards and not tie up a spot in the shoot house?

That's nifty. Where is it?

Like someone else said, I'd be a little nervous about someone above or below me. Hope that floor is made out of Tank armor.

He has a few shooting seats setup outside. They are constantly adding stuff. First trip Tuesday there wasn’t anything inside of 100, but noticed yesterday he has two frames setup inside of 100. Will be able to shoot off of the fence top, simulating a barricade almost. We asked about shooting off of a tripod outside and didn’t seem to be an issue. There is also a place to shoot prone from inside of the shoot house.

It is a concern, but knowing that a RO will always be present and will strictly control when rifles can be moved. Range goes cold and chamber flags must be visible will make a lot of people feel more warm and fuzzy about doing it.
