Odds are Nuss won’t be the starting quarterback next year, a dual threat QB transfer will

Bookmark this thread, Kelly highly praises dual threat quarterbacks. LSU has landed two dual threat quarterback transfers within 4 years that had Heisman performances at LSU. And Kelly’s phone is probably blowing up now with calls from possible QB transfers. Do the fricking math, Nuss likely won’t be the starter. Would make no sense to start Nuss if you have better options.

Kelly knows, he needs to have an explosive offense next year similar to this year, and for several important reasons.
1. LSU’s needs an explosive offense next year because the defense may need another year to truly improve.
2. LSU has the offensive staff and the patent on how to produce explosive offenses.
3. Kelly Does Not Want to Have Another Year of Losing Like This!

Agreed. Nuss may start a couple games but don’t think he’ll be QB1 at the conclusion of next season.
