Been out there a bunch of times for MINI stuff. It might be my favorite part of North Carolina.

It’s almost like its own state in a lot of ways. Also, MINI? As in Mini Cooper? Every year y’all take over for a week or so and there’s hundreds driving around

Yeah, I've done Minis on the Dragon a bunch of times. It's always late April, early May. Stay at Fontana, drive the Dragon, Hellbender, Blue Ridge Parkway, Cherohala Skyway, etc. Bryson City is cool, usually do the Nantahala brewery for lunch, grab a growler for back in the village. Been to Maggie Valley, Cherokee and a bunch of the other little spots out there. It's an awesome area.

From someone who grew up in Colorado, 2158 acres is rookie numbers. I know fires suck and the NFS is finally starting to admit relying on greenies for management practices wasn't the best idea though. Good luck to all involved.

Would love to own it but unfortunately I’m not an OT baller.

Rumor is the NOC is going to put up for sale soon if you’re interested.

I wonder what that’ll trade for. Are they planning to continue to operate/guide and ground lease?
