Yep. A co-worker of mine just showed me a photo he just took, a hundred or so people (many piling off Hotard buses) on the lower steps area outside the building.

Apparently you can climb up and hang onto the White House gate as long as you are protesting for violent muslim extremists. Lame Duck Honor Code would likely let them go in and stand on tables in the cafeteria.
