At 3:35 mark…

Reporter: “What happened to where Jayden was able to get back out there briefly after getting hurt?”

BK: “He was evaluated um was cleared and then came back and um they looked at him again felt like he wasn’t prepared”

In my view, BK came across as rather uneasy and defensive when addressing the question, as if he was aware that LSU and the medical team dropped the ball in letting Jayden return to the game for even one play.

Yes. There could have been serious consequences if JD had been hit again. Career ending, program crushing consequences.

No, he wouldn't have . . . and your medical license should be revoked.

Yeah. All he needs is a TBI and permanent damage in his early 20’s.

Some of you really want to make this into something. We all know Daniels has taken several big hits. He even got knocked out of a couple of games last season. But most of the time he gets right back up and he’s always tried to go, even when he wasn’t 100%. Remember the end of the A&M game and the first half vs UGA last year? Do you think he wasn’t going to try to say he was fine and get back out there?

It would be one thing if they suspected he wasn’t good and left him in there for another drive or two. It was one play and they pulled him back out.

You’re right about Jayden being a resilient player, and it's true that he's taken some significant hits in the past. But even if he wants to get back in the game, it's the responsibility of the medical staff and coaches to make the right call regarding his health. I could be wrong, but I don’t remember the A&M and UGA games having concerns about a hit to the head and possible concussion. This one felt different.

Not trying to make something out of nothing. But it’s concerning when the staff looks in over their heads in multiple areas, not just X’s and O’s.

Bull shite. That’s exactly what you’re doing.
Here is how that plays out.
Player comes out and goes to medical.
Coach is COACHING and not with the medical staff when the MEDICAL STAFF either says “Yay or Nay” - NOT THE COACH.
Staff tells coach that he is cleared and coach puts him back in.
Coach notices that player doesn’t look right and pulls him DESPITE PLAYER SAYING HE WAS OK.
