I was hardcore until I hit my mid 40’s. Once you hit early-mid 50’s you realize how unimportant all of this is in the big scheme of things. Just enjoy it for what it is. We are really just watching 18-22 year old paid mercenaries throw a football around.

Congratulations, you’re growing up. I think most fans reach that point when they realize it’s just football and not real life. It happened for me in 2008.

If you were ready to accept a loss by the 3rd Quarter last night then you were never a fan in the first place

You are lucky you were not around for the Curley Hallam days or the 1998 season where we were ranked #6 in the country and lost almost every game after the one point Georgia loss early in the season.

Last night went about as I thought but I thought it was going to be their passing instead of Milroe’s legs.

This means you're maturing. If you're older than about 33 and last night's game has you worked up for more than 12 hours, you're a child mentally.

So, what you are saying is that you have grown up and realized that football is relatively insignificant in the grand scheme....and you can bitch for the fun of it and let it go...... most of us adults overall are over the game win or lose around 10 to 15 minutes after it's over.

Congratulations on growing up.

This was my 20th LSU vs Bama game attended in a row and the 20th time a retard Gump threatened to kill me despite me not knowing who they are or ever speaking to them.

I'm definitely not on the inbred level anymore, but I continue to be impressed with how pathetic Alabama people are. I don't think their team winning comforts them anymore. Angry idiots.

So much hot arse out there this year though, which was nice.

you missed good and bad times in the 80s and lots of pain in the 90s.

being stuck with miles post 1-9-2012 made many apathetic until 2019.
