Building A Business Website

I own a gunite swimming pool construction company and have always just used Facebook and word of mouth for leads. Until recently I had so much work that I could barely keep up. It seems inflation and high interest rates have finally caught up to the people wanting pools.

Since things are slow compared to where they have been the last few years I figured I’d get a website and try out Google leads and similar advertising. Anyone have any recommendations on where to build a website or anyone I can just pay to do it for me that will do a professional job?
What about Google leads? Are there any good ways to do this without getting a ton of spam calls, texts, and emails?
