From a little under $70k to about $110k on those. Top was most expensive and bottom was cheapest.
JFC pool prices have gone through the roof.
I'll buy a new boat before installing a pool at that price.

Boat and pool
Prices are out of this world. Our pool is finished in our new house. Pavers need some repair but we are 5 weeks from closing.
14x28 pool, spa, pavers and pool cage is 115k. Absolutely criminal.
As for building a site, should be easy for you and not incredibly expensive. I had one built for my company and I have about 10k in it. I have a shopping carry and over 500 products that had to be set up. You won’t have a shopping cart so it should be pretty simple.

With proper targeting, Google Ads would be really effective for you. I wouldn’t worry about spam as long as the setup is done properly.
I found your business and quickly audited your area. You have an opportunity to own the top of the page and it wouldn’t require a lot of budget.
Google Ads are higher intent than Facebook, so you have to also think of it as the warmest traffic is on there already looking for what you have.
I do this for living and could help out a fellow Tiger fan if you’re interested in talking more. My email is my username @gmail.com

What he said
I didn't do an audit, but guarantee you could own a good portion of the first page of google organically for nearly every pool search in and around shreveport/monroe/east texas.
I'd also consider an sms re-activation to the folks that were interested but didn't hire you.

I'd be surprised to find a successful Google Ads consultant pimping their services in OT threads.

Just figured I’d offer to help out considering he is asking for advice.
There are lots of people having success with Google Ads. I’m not sure what you’re basing your opinion on, but it’s a high intent marketing channel that quite often is more profitable than others such as Facebook due to the potential customer already being aware and seeking the specific solution out.

Uh…. The OT brought Honkus and family home from Chyna on a special flight during wuhan flu.
But that’s a much easier task than being a successful google ads consultant hanging out on the OT.

I use Google Ads at a profit.

Don't you have to do the Facebook, twatter, YouTube, and website.
Some companies do not manage your social media as well as they should.
Other are great by trying to get you to upload content every 3 days.
Facebook - short videos and business one you can pay to send to certain radius and add the parameters for prospects.
Twitter- real short stuff
Youtube- bigger jobs and explaining how you do jobs, what the cost, expectations, show off jobs and show I quick time how you do it.
