Billy boy is generally a good recruiter. I know people like to crap on him here but it's true.

How did LSU get such a good class after 98 and 99 seasons.

It's all about the new coach and staff selling something spectacular to the recruits.

Also throw in NIL and the state of Florida is always loaded.

Considering their location, teams like Texas, TAM, SC, UF, FSU, UM, UGA should never have weak recruiting classes.

It’s a head scratcher. If I’m the type to wear long jean shorts and go to a cheesedick FL university I’m picking FSU at this point. Program clearly on upswing with a much easier path to championships

No one wants to admit that Sun Belt Billy runs laps around the majority of the SEC when it comes to recruiting.

lol no he doesn’t. He’s a good recruiter in the most fertile recruiting region in the nation.

By the looks of his game day coaching, he’s gonna a very big talent advantage to ever win the East

The trick play from his own 25-30 yesterday was arguably the dumbest play call I’ve ever seen.

Too bad he has no idea what to do with players once he has them at this level of football. Yet you still shill for him.

Same. I just laughed. You literally need like 3 inches for a first down and you call that shite?? I don’t think I’ve ever seen a 4th down THAT close to the line to gain and they run that harry high school shite lmao

But yea he’s a good recruiter I’ll say that for him. Not sure why some posters act like that’s more important than what actually happens on game day though.

Norvell had a better team and played better competition at Memphis than ULL did, but he still had growing pains moving up into a tough situation. And I would say FSU was a much bigger mess when he got there than UF a season and a half ago.

The difference I see is that Norvell made adjustments, and they started in year one. I don’t see any of that happening at UF. If ole Billy doesn’t step it up and let go of his Sun Belt offense, a good recruiting class isn’t going to save him. It’s going to be the anchor that sinks him.
