Gun Store Owner Refuses to Transfer Firearm to Antifa Supporter

Good for this store owner.
Antifa supporter turned away at gun store
quote:
A gun shop owner in Florence, Oregon, turned away a customer who was looking to buy a gun when the customer handed over his business card that showed he was affiliated with the violent, extreme, left-wing organization antifa.
Would-be customer Mark Iannicelli went complaining to the local media when the staffers at the Florence Gun Shop refused to hand over a gun he had bought online when he went to the shop for the required federal background check.
Gun buyers can buy a gun online without a background check, however, the firearm has to be shipped first to a gun dealer near the customer for the dealer to perform the federal background check and to fill out the required paperwork to then legally transfer the gun to the buyer.
But apparently Mark Iannicelli's transfer process ran into a little hiccup when the gun dealer did not feel the customer was trustworthy.

Sorry, I don’t judge who gets to avail themselves of constitutional rights by what politics they prefer.

As great as it is to give them a dose of their own medicine, 2nd Amendment still reads "Shall not be infringed"

Bartenders can refuse to serve drunks. The shop owner decided he didn’t want to risk being sued providing a firearm to an insane person.

Antifa is a domestic terrorist organization.

It's misleading, but not gaslighting.
You 100% can buy w/o a background check, buy you can't take possession without it.

Communists/terrorists with the express purpose of burning this country to the ground (their words) deserve far less than being denied the ability to purchase a firearm with that goal in mind.

I am not in that business, but I would imagine gun store owners are allowed to refuse sales to "suspicious people" even if they pass background checks.
Being a member of a terrorist organization would certainly rise to the level of suspicious.
At the same time, I do understand the argument that it's a slippery slope.

My MIL lives in Florence. Honestly I’m surprised there is antifa there. Eugene is about 90 minutes away and I would expect them there with the college being there. Florence is a sleepy small town outside of summer when they get vacationers.

These leftists always want to refuse service. They've refused to serve coffee to cops in McDonalds. frick him. Go somewhere else.

This feels like some setup BS. Who randomly gives an FFL a business card and why does ANITFA even have business cards?

Did you read the second part of this statement?
