Great news, looked way worse

Jose, Larry, and Trey being out shows how important they are to this team. We suck without them.

It’s too bad we can’t rely on $100M plus in annual salaries of Zion, Ingram, and CJ to lead us physically and emotionally through games more than some role players.

We are paying the wrong group of guys if they are less capable leaders and energy creators than a UDFA, Nance and a 3rd year, 17th Pick.

I’m happy hes not injured seriously. I might get a lot of downvotes but is this injury a blessing in disguise? Naji has been terrible so far. Maybe thus injury makes Willie play Dyson more- who personally I wasn’t high on but surprisingly has had a really good preseason so far.

Bone bruise. Reevaluated in 2 weeks, per team.

This team won't be any better than the Saints.

Murphy, Jose, Nance, and now Naji hurt. Zion and Ingram will 100000% be hurt and miss many many games, and Jonas and CJ are getting up there in age.

My advice: please do not have any decent expectations for the Pelicanss. You will get burnt by them. Again.

To be fair. I don’t think coaching like the Saints is an issue with this team. I like Willie and Borrego will help us. The issue will be do the players buy in and go 100%? Haven’t seen that this preseason but lets see when the regular season starts.

Just to be fair, Jose and Nance are both expected to be ready for the season, I'd be surprised if Jose wasn't in particular.

Murphy is early December, and I wouldn't expect Naji to miss more than the first week or two of the season at most.

I wish Naji nothing but the best but he looked like crap this preseason. Honestly hope Dyson takes his minutes and holds on to them.

That's because Naji isn't very good. But, he is a guy you can use on your team.

EVERY team needs an absolute dog, that you can put in in spot minutes just to hustle and be aggressive.

If he is playing regular rotation minutes for you, you are in trouble.

Yeah unfortunately with Willie he usually does play regular rotation minutes for us over other talented players.
