Got up this morning and built a fire. Seasoned up some ribs, threw them on the pit along with some chicken legs, some jalapeño/ cheddar sausage and some pineapple sausage. Cooked a pot of red beans, some rice, bacon Mac & cheese, potato salad and garlic bread. Got another rack of ribs hanging out somewhere. Fed my bartender. :)

I found a beautiful ribeye at whole foods that I am sous viding. I will also have a twice baked potato and asparagus.

Two options, my mamas beef and vegetable stew that she surprised me with when I went to watch the Saint’s game at her house. The other option is hamburger steaks with gravy and onions that my FIL sent over while I was gone. Probably a little of both, even know I know how I’ll feel tomorrow.
