There is no Muslim world but at least two different groups that are basically at war with each other. Iran, Syria, Lebanon, part of Iraqi, the Shias versus Saudi Arabi and the rest of the Muslims (Sunnis )
Good Article on the split

Eh, that's not exactly true. Prior to World War 1 that largest strife in modern day Israel were the crusades almost 1000 years ago. The modern mess we are in is largely the result of the British and French Mandates and the fall of Ottoman Jerusalem.

So just illegally cross into Egypt? You’re talking about forcing 2 million people from their homes. Plus it’s not like Israel doesn’t have a history of apartheid with the Palestinians

Not really understanding why Iran would want further US involvement. Will they jump into it to fight against Israel? Possibly, but it doesn’t make much sense from Iran’s perspective to want the US to be even more involved

I am struggling to comprehend why Iran (Shia majority) financially backs Hamas (Sunni majority). I may be ignorant but I’ve always thought that the two sects hate each other. Seems odd that Iran would advance its opposition in spite of their views on Israel. Anyone have any recommended reading?

Just google dipshit

So we’re justifying forced removal of people now? You do realize shite like this is why Hamas was even able to gain a following. Violence begets violence, we definitely shouldn’t condone all that violence Hamas has committed as its evil as hell, but at the same time we cannot just trip over ourselves to justify Israel’s own crimes

Historically speaking when one neighbor invades the other, the invaded neighbor tends to fight back and eliminate the threat. If you want to blame someone for the upcoming humanitarian disaster blame Hamas.

removal =/= people voluntarily leaving the city. Which they are doing, theres plenty of articles discussing it.

Hamas is not all of Gaza, Israel is talking about wiping out Gaza. This merely an opportunity for Israel to continue their own war crimes

Don't forget the Druze Arabs as both the Sunnis and Shia hate them.

When the only other option is basically death yeah it kind of is. But like I’ve said Israel isn’t a stranger to killing Palestinians

The simple reality is Israel and Hamas will never exist peacefully together.
If the Palestinians in the Gaza strip continue to support Hamas in their goals then don't be surprised by the outcome.
