Honestly if I had to change jobs at this point in my life and it took more than text messages to get another I would really be stressed. The last 2 or 3 have been a call, a meal and we settled on a start date and pay. Or not. I'm like 3 for 5 with this approach.

I have not interviewed for a job since 1994 and its been almost 25 years for my wife. It was still the old school approach back then
Getting a text to tell you they are giving you a job is kinda weird for us

Last telegram I got was from my aunts and uncles who couldn’t make it to my wedding. They sent it to me the morning of my wedding. That was 1991.

Find the business in the Better Business Bureau online directory and request contact ("Get a Quote" or "File a Complaint") there .
