Haven't stopped through area in while only for a daiquiri at daiquiri and creme and scuttle butts(long time ago). When did they shutdown the outlet? The area is always busy with traffic.

That Rouses by the train tracks on Hwy 11 was a dump. Per my friend they are building a new one by Oak Harbor.

I’m pretty sure the factory outlets in Slidell have been closed for like 20yrs.

The MRO in Slidell has been effectively closed since around Katrina.

The MRO was (reportedly) too linear for folks’ taste. Shoppers like clusters rather than a single long line of stores.

Scuttlebutt (one word, not possessive) has been closed for around 18 months.

Sweet old classic MB parked in front, probably a dancer’s ride.

I don’t think they ever opened fully after being built. It wasn’t long.

Those bitches closed back in the 90s except for like 2 stores. Now they got the big shopping center across I-10 off Fremaux.

It’s plural, or at least you’d think it was. bugle boyses. Go right ahead and lay a warm steamer in the fitting room while you’re here.

Good ole scuttlebutt. If you grew up on the north shore and never experienced it, well you probably went to St. Paul’s

Girl I went to school with K-8’s dad owned the Butt. She was on the billboard when we were 15 yrs old until at least I moved away for LSU. Can’t quite remember but it could’ve been through my years at LSU also. Went a few times summer after senior year and she was our cocktail waitress which would’ve made her 18.

And yes, I’m from the Dell originally, and those outlets have been closed for a long long time.

You should have taken that corner by force.

I don’t know, but was very disappointed when the Bass store closed.

It’s terrible compared to the old Northshore Square mall.

New Orleans East is 10 minutes away. That's the main reason Slidell can't have a lot of nice things.

Flooded during Katrina, there are a few scattered occupants in there now, nothing major.

When Motwani decided to buy the property and converted it into a business condo.
