This has been a running deal all year. The 4th if every month has had 83 cent wings.

I honestly haven't been inside a hooters in a decade or more. But most wing places are in that 1.25-1.50+ per wing range. Factoring out celery and ranch and stuff, maybe 5-10 cents less.
