Everyone with a brain knew that when he was hired.

He is not a HC it is just that simple good coordinator terrible HC
Him keeping Carmichael is utterly unacceptable.
The whole organization needs to be revamped.
Gail needs to sell the team and donate her money to th catholic church rape fund.

I believed the accumulation of veteran talent, the weak division, and the weak schedule would be enough to overcome or offset our HC and OC.
I vastly underrated how incompetent the sum of those two together and detrimental to our short term and long term future could be.
I didn't think this team would struggle to keep pace in the division after 4 weeks of the regular season...I also didn't think it would take us playing our best football to get a wild card spot...with everything I mentioned before.

My problem isnt so much with Allen as it is with Carmichael.
So much of this team’s lack of energy has to do with how inept the offense has been.

it took him 6 years as DC to finally have a decent defense, each year we lost at least 3-4 games before the defense was ready to start playing.
we need to give him 6 more years to see if he figures out how to be a HC

Everyone knows he’s the set up coach for finding a new one. After HCSP left. We aren’t hiring another SP.

I said this in the thread when hired. He’s a nice guy, good DC but doesn’t have the demeanor to be a HC. He’s a career loser. So not shocked.
