Outside of a PI, the only chance this gets solved is if a competent chief of police is appointed and the police department gets back up to the manpower it had before SWB became mayor.

A guy from BR was shot multiple times and killed walking his dog in L.A. at like 9 in the morning last week in what seems like a case of random violence or road rage at best. It doesn’t even make the news.

Police dept and city government are majority black, mayor and chief are black. They have a dungeon where they beat people. They don't care about their black citizens. You think they give a shite about a white girl who was likely killed by a black person considering the location of the murder?
I don't know that the murder of Allie Rice was racial. But the whole situation is racial with that dept. because black ppl as a whole do not value life like others do.

With all of the cameras around today was there no way to follow the killer, camera by camera after the murder to see how he left the area?
