So how is there fraud?

Saying values are higher than what they are is fraud.

Saying square footage is 3x as big is fraud. This isnt op lying about fishes or his members size its falsifying applications for loans and credit, i.e. FRAUD.

Trump even tried to put in a "worthless clause" in his valuations stating banks/lenders should not rely on them.

"Saying" shite doesn't mean much in bank loan world. Things are documented BY THE BANK. Not the requestor.

Your explanations of valuations is quite laughable, it’s not what’s done with property let alone someone with lots of properties. In Trump’s case the government ( irs) has gone over this with fine tooth comb previously and even demanded banks turn over any information on loans just to quietly dismiss investigations. This is grandstanding and will be moot in the future

So let's step back and try to take a Birdseye view of this analysis

I go into a bank or a loan and use my property as collateral. That is the transaction between two private entities. The bank agrees with my valuation of the property and pays me the money I ask to borrow.

I pay the money back on time without issue.

And unless I am missing some thing what is criminal about that action. Or, more importantly for this particular civil lawsuit, where is the damage done.

Also, given that this appears to be a civil lawsuit what gives the judge authority to disgorge ownership and companies without damages

Lol imagine thinking you can get millions of dollars in loans from a bank based on your word. You know how I know you don’t work in the private sector? Banks have appraisers that do their own due diligence when underwriting loans.

Are you fricking kidding me?

Just admit now that you are a troll or continue to prove your complete lack of intelligence.

What an idiotic moron…

Do you realize that you claiming to be an intelligent human being is more fraudulent than everything Trump has been accused of COMBINED?

If the banks are getting their monthly or annual payments of interest on time and Trump hasn’t filed for bankruptcy recently, I would side with it not being criminal in nature, maybe bad faith. But who hasn’t told a credit card company or bank that they make a little extra money to get a higher credit line or larger loan.
