Coach Kelly The Quarterback Whisperer?

Many of us viewng the game saw Kelly talking to Daniels privately on the sidelines while Daniels was struggling. Turns out The Advocate reported that Kelly was telling Daniels to move faster, to pick up his pace. Kelly explained to Daniels that picking up his pace was a way to find his rhythm.
The paper didn’t mention this but based on Daniels dramatic improvement in just over a half of football after their talk, Kelly may not be a QB coach but he certainly knows how to speak to his quarterbacks.

Shocking as may be to many head, Bryan Kelly is a good football coach.

The defense sucks but if that means we get consistently good quarterbacks who usually lead his offense to scoring drives, I’m good because after watching the Les Miles years of terrible offense, it is a breath of fresh air.

This was mentioned throughout the season last year, that we were more successful and specifically him, snapping the ball with 15-20 seconds left on the play clock vs allowing it to wind down. Yet this year it has seemed that often for different reasons we have been slow getting the play off.

Our offense flows so much better when we play with tempo I have no idea why we don't do it more. We don't have to go warp speed, but just keep moving.

And BK said after the game he told JD5 at halftime to slow down that he was rushing it.

They can't spell coaches names either... I'm so tired of reading about Coach Torino on the softball board... if you can't spell their name, don't post about them.
