Blanchard's BBQ is pretty solid.

Blanchard's is good.
Mid City is great hangout spot. The BBQ is ok. I did see that they are revamping the menu, so I'm excited to see what they come up with.

Unfortunately, there are no pit BBQ style places like there are all over Texas.

I didn't know this, looks like they've rebranded themselves away from being a bbq place, which is probably a good thing because their bbq was pretty meh. The new menu stuff looks good though so I'll have to give it another shot.

Blanchard's for me. I just ate a bar bq plate from Earl's that was pretty good.

I've seen your bbq before in person.... IDK if you know what you're talking about.

I can't vouch for it since I haven't tried it yet, but Razco looks really good. Think they only cook on Sundays and sells out really quick.

Blanchard's is by far the best.

Johnson's Boucaniere also has some good smoked meats and also has excellent boudin.
