I hate to break this to you but the FCC/FEMA puts out the same silent alert to every Radio, TV station, and cable system every Monday at around 11 am for testing purposes.
It is just this time it will be coded to be broadcasted over Radio and TV.
They have done national test several times in the past some times it is sent via the EAS relay and has had mixed success.
I remember the first one. It sounded like hot garbage because one of the stations in the relay was an AM station and you could hear the bleed over from another AM station that was starting to relay the message a few seconds later.
Now, it can be sent via the web to Radio and TV stations as an audio file or read back using a stored voice in the station’s EAS equipment.
There was an incident many moons a go when EBS messages were transmitted via AP Teletypes and the wrong coded message was sent to stations. This back when EBS was a manual system and you had to check the codes like you were launching a nuclear missile. Some one recorded the announcements at station in Fort Wayne. WOWO - EBS False Alarm

A series of scenarios is currently being conducted ['game the sys'] to test response, risk, and calc results.
'Censorship' [added] layers of inserted code 'through keyword targeting' in bio, history, and comments + indiv platform mods has failed to curtail the problem.
'China-Russia-Iran' 'fake' take-down hacks of select platforms (for maintenance) is one scenario being game-played.

Countermeasures in place.

Yes it does. Because it is.
When nothing happens except the planned test of an emergency alert, I’d hope it might be an inspiration to start getting information from more reliable sources. It won’t, I realize that. Not without some kind of psychiatric intervention at least. I hope you get help though.

The research is not sparse, and it's well beyond determining the level of harm to animals. They are at, and even beyond the point of controlling behavior(s) via implants & injectables.
What some of the clowns in this thread scoff at is already being done, and that's just based on what knowledge is available to the average, curious Joe.
Can I say what the OP claims will happen? Nope.
Can I say it's some tin-foil hat lunacy? Nope.
Everything is a conspiracy theory, at least everything you know nothing about and are too lazy to look for. If you think this stuff is nothing more than science fiction, you know nothing about it and/or you're too lazy to find out. Hence, you have your own, personal conspiracy theory.

“Dark Aeon” for an education. You are sadly right that high tech knowledge and ability is far beyond what the common person is aware of and/or can much less understand. Ignorant people do not realize or believe that the are ignorant. That is the essence and definition of ignorance. The effects of the coming AI powers will be like a meteor out of the sky, fast and devastating. And the irony is that they’/we will not restrain it because of the potential good that such power can do, and individuals moral right to employ the extraordinary powers in their own body if they so choose. In fact anyone opposing the implementation of such power will be considered bad and ‘superstitious’. It’s coming. Sooner than we think.

Do all of you 5G conspiracy geniuses understand that submarines, satellites, microwave towers, etc., have been beaming similar frequencies in, around, and through us for decades? I know only a few people here can properly interpret this chart, but come on.

They did this around the same time in 2018. My thoughts are this year's is just a test once again.

Specifically the 50 Democrat senators are the ones that requested the sat phones. We did a couple of different stories about this when the satellite phone request news broke months ago.
