Tied #5 with Buffalo by points. Would’ve been number 2 if not for the late score last night.

They're very good but they also haven't played an offense worth a shite yet either.

Yes they are. They're a run first team. Matches up perfectly for Saints.

Not saying Saints D is bad or anything but let's see how they do against a much more balanced team that's capable in both areas.

Henry is that entire offense and they play defense. That's Tennessee's game.

We held the Panthers to 239 total yards, and that was with prevent defense at the end.

That's impressive no matter the team.

I’m a believer in this defense. It’s anchored by the same elite 3 players as the past 5 years - cam Jordan, Davis, and lattimore. Those guys are just exceptional, and have been for years.

The early difference I see is each of those guys appears to have a plus running mate in granderson, Werner and adebo. And the balance of the defense all seem to be well suited for their roles.

1 garbage time TD allowed in 8 quarters is really impressive no matter the opposition. Will be a much tougher test this week at Green Bay.

Name two WRs outside of Hopkins. Hell, name a RB outside of Henry.

Burks- first round pick and had huge catch against Chargers. Tyjae Spears- led preseason in rushing and was dynamic at Tulane.

I think the thing I like most are the adjustments after we see what the opponent wants to do during their first possession or 2.

They move the ball on us a little bit early, but It gets pretty tough to move the ball after that.

To add to that I don't think we put anyone out on the field that's a waste of space. Everyone has a role and something they do well. Good scouting and coaching.

Haven’t paid too much attention to the other games outside of box score reading; but will they face many balanced attacks this year for you to finally make an assessment. If they continue to do well, you can find the major holes in the offenses of our opponents to disqualify them

Saints giving up a 41 carries, 204 yards (4.98 YPC) is actually the most shocking thing.

Who cares who we have played so far. Y’all act like we haven’t been a top defense for a few years now. This isn’t some new results

Tannehill is decent and we know what Hopkins is. They are more well rounded than you're giving credit for.

Last year our D sucked against the run and I don't know anyone who would say that our front 7 are better than our back end.

Particularly impressive that they have come out the box like this. Saints D has functionally had no busted assignments through the first two weeks.

I thought our safety position was a big weakness coming into this year, but maye and Matthieu have looked good so far overall.

A big reason for this is our health. Pray that continues because so far our depth hasn’t been tested and I really hope it doesn’t.
