Looking at this season logically and removing purple and gold lenses - No.

yes, arse clown. We will have a top 3 recruiting class. People forget we are working with a partial class in juniors and seniors with Saban's departure in 2004, when we only pulled in 10 or so recruits, the #1 playing in the penal league now

doubtful for elite. 8 win seasons are just about automatic though.

Its not looking like it........

Maybe if he could learn a few coaching basics and let someone else hire quality assistants. Then let the assistants do most of the coaching.

I'd say so. Clean out the staff a little bit and make some key hires nd we're right back up there. We still have the talent.

This is not a yes or no question. If it is the Les of the first three years, then Yes. If it is this years Les, than No.

Yes we will contend for the NC in the next 2 years...
Seriously we will be in a BCS bowl game in the next 2 years..I'd be willing to bet on that.

With a good hire at DC, I would say without a doubt and in very short order (like within 2 years).

No, the magic carpet ride of taking over a program that Saban was building came to an end for Curley this year. He was left to play his players - players who had three years of his coaching and lack of attention to details - and the proof is in the pudding.

We're headed back to the middle of the pack in the SEC. Florida with Meyer and Alabama with Saban will be beasts for years to come.

Nice run (VERY NICE RUN) while it lasted, though.
