Why would there be a need to stop people from voting by mail? Start with the fact that most of the Trump family voted by mail for decades. A significant portion of the population has to vote by mail. The county I live in Florida has about 65% of the votes recorded through mail in ballots. 50% of my family has little choice to not vote by mail.
