So how does DNC swap out Biden?

We know he's not going to be the candidate.
But how do they substitute Newsome or Whitmer without opening the door for RFK Jr.?

It has to be soon. Like - before Christmas. I can’t see them doing anything if it’s not done by Jan.

Read that two states have deadlines for getting on the ballot in November - South Carolina & Nevada. Doesn't mean you can't run, but I guess would have to mount a write-in campaign in those states.
But, you'd think there is a workaround. What if he fell down some stairs and became unable to run - say in Spring 2024? Not sure what happens with that scenario.

Sacrifice him to the court system to show that no one is above the law. They will do this to take Trump out. Biden is no longer of any value to these people and these people are evil like the mafia. When you no longer have value you are worthless. Biden understands this and he had a good run.

They can do it whenever they want, when you have the media on your side and no scruples anything is possible.
I'd put Biden's chances of being the nominee at no more than 25%. They are just trying to time it to make sure Trump is the nominee first, then whomever they run would probably win by 5-10 points even if they suck. Trump's entire campaign, what little he has done, is based around Biden and his legal troubles. Put in someone with no active scandal and no connection to what is happening to Trump that is 20 plus years younger? Absolute bloodbath.
Here we go!

I was going down a rabbit hole and watching the old Trump-Biden debates from 2020 and it's remarkable how much Biden has deteriorated since then. I just don't see how they can put him out there especially with all the corruption and his dismal record and he won't make it through another. term.

This has already been planned for-probably since he got the nomination, and I’m sure that it’s the brainchild of Obama.
I’m pretty sure that they have a mechanism in their rules that takes into consideration a nominee being incapacitated. Once Trump has the nomination, Biden will announce that he’s stepping down, due to health issues. He’ll probably pardon Hunter at that time too.
I would imagine that Kamala’s going to be bought off with the promise of a SCOTUS seat.
Democrats always have a plan.

There will be “an event”. A fall, a health scare. They’ll never admit that he’s been in advanced cognitive decline for his entire term and before- there’s a reason they kept him in his basement and off the campaign trail. It’ll have to be something sudden that will garner sympathy and justify a late change.

DNC gets to chose if he’s selected as primary and then steps down or dies?
They don’t have to have an election? What if multiple people want to run in that instance?

There's no way. Even without the corruption they couldn't possibly make people believe he could do it physically and mentally. He's getting worse by the day, and they want people to believe he'd last until 86? Of course he's not running

Biden? You should look at some Trump interviews from 2016 or even 2020 and now. He has moments of the old Trump but he looks tired, he loses his train of thought, he has no patience, he repeats himself. That's with lots of rest and only doing sparse interviews with mainly friendlies.
Even the Tucker interview was set up on a tee with the field cleared and Trump basically hit a single.
It's going to get worse btw, a lot worse. Most men start to deteriorate both physically and mentally at his age at a fairly rapid pace. I went and saw Jimmy Buffett last year and he looked great and he is a year younger than Trump.
Time always wins.
