Across the board recommendations should not be made by the government

It should be a discussion between you and your doctor

White supremacist general surgeon probably. This is affects POC much more agressively and he probably has no idea what it's like being there in high population dense areas and weaker health outcomes that are predetermined based on systemic racism.

His advice is consistent with that of most European countries I believe.

This is why you don’t put asshats in leadership positions. His advice would lead to millions more infections, which functionally, means dramatically more opportunities for the virus to mutate into something more dangerous than the current variant.

I unfortunately have events I cover for the next few weeks so no college football for me. I’m ready though for when I can take off a weekend and enjoy some football. Noles look great, I really wanted Norvell, very happy he’s doing great at FSU.

It's a movement that has no guiding principles

This advice would’ve been prudent 2 and a half years ago as well.

The Florida Department of Health guidance, however, said "the most recent booster approval was granted in the absence of any meaningful booster-specific clinical trial data performed in humans."
quote:

"The FDA is confident in the safety and effectiveness of these updated vaccines, and the agency’s benefit-risk assessment demonstrates that the benefits of these vaccines for individuals 6 months of age and older outweigh the risks," the FDA said Monday in information posted on its website.
Sorry, but "FDA confidence" doesn't get it done. Science does.

It's simple, really.

The claim is "booster approval was granted in the absence of any meaningful booster-specific clinical trial data performed in humans." If there was "meaningful booster-specific clinical trial data performed in humans," all the FDA need do is cite it.

If not, then the FDA can stick its FDA confidence where the sun doesn't shine.
