For a change and if at Epcot, go to England and get an order of fish and chips out in front of the country. These are the real deal - thank me later.

That won't be necessary...I know what would happen. I just don't think it would have anything to do with Disney's food.

Friend,
The wood-fired ovens at Via Napoli cook at 800-850 degrees according to the pizzaiolo to whom I spoke the last time I visited. Most pizzas there cook perhaps two, maybe two and a half minutes. If you cooked it an extra five minutes, it would be entirely blackened. Any time you are at a decent pizzeria and the dough is undercooked, send it back and they will probably fire it another 20 seconds and it will be perfect.
Yours,

We just went for the LSU game and ate out every night. Tutto Italia in Epcot was by far the best meal we had.

You ever been to England for real Fish and Chips? Or are your comments based on the Long John Silver version?

I have been to England and had them, and also had them at Epcot. They are both very similar. I am just not a huge fish and chip guy.

I have always heard Mexican food is the worst genre of food at Disney World. Thats all I got for ya.

Food at disney isn't the best, but it's not the worst either. Outside the pyramid in epcot, there is a quick service that have decent tacos. Inside the pyramid, the tequila bar is pretty cool, and the sit down dinner is ok.
Food and wine festival has better food at the little pavilions than Disney has in general. But there are exceptions.

I kinda liked the Chinese food at China in Epcott. Its not sophisticated but it aint half bad.

Epcot
Sushi in Japan was good.
Via Napoli Pizza is good
Space 220 is ok. Definitely not worth the price point, but the aesthetics of the place is really cool. Food is very meh.
We never eat there, but i like going to Rose and Crown while in Epcot to get a pint.
America Pavillion has a good BBQ place and craft beer
Animal Kingdom
Yak and yeti in animal kingdom is good
Tusker house (also AK) is good
Magic Kingdom
Turkey Leg's in Magic Kingdom
Skipper Canteen
Crystal Palace
We always end up at Pecos Bill for lunch every trip. It's quick/convenient. It's ok.
Hollywood Studios
The craft beer bar before you go to the star wars area in Hollywood studios has some nice beer offerings and good pretzels.
Mama Melrose and Brown Derby is good.
Oga’s Cantina has creative drinks
Resorts
Trattoria el Forno is @ boardwalk is good
Abracadabar might have the best bourbon selection in all of Disney
Toppolino's Terrace at the Rivierra resort is good
Ohana at the polynesian is good
Never been but i hear California Grill at the contemporary is really good.

We always go here and that is what I get. This past spring when we were there it wasn't as good as usual.

Yes I have and frick right off. The Epcot fish and chips reek with frozen fish taste.
You Disney people are delusional.

If you are looking for places other than Mexican and Italian the Animal Kingdom Lodge has a restaurant called Jiko The Cooking Place that is very good.
But, Victoria & Albert is by far the best restaurant that Disney World has.
