9/05/23 S&P $4,496 - aiming to invest more equities $4,300 ish
Is that aggressive enough?

The way your question is framed would lead me to believe you need to do some more research first.
No one can answer that question with any degree of certainty though.

Based on my extensive research, the market will bottom out on September 13, 2023. Put all your money in the market then, and you will forever make a profit.

A good entry point for how long? If this is 5yr or longer money, getting in now or at 4,300 is largely irrelevant.

If you are buying equities it is always a good entry point.
If you have a near term time horizon you should not be buyign equities.
