I have no interest in being anywhere near a fire until the temps take a significant drop

I had a terrible urge to light one this past weekend in CenLa , but I resisted the temptation.

It's rained here all day (central AL), burning up a bunch of boxes right now with a light drizzle still going on.

I have limbs from a tree I cut a couple months ago that I need to burn, but I live about 100 yards from Kisatchie Forest and I’m not a careless moron. I can wait a few more months.

Still hasn’t rained at my house in BR. Last rain on my yard was in July. It’s rained elsewhere but not at my place.

The worst part of the two week burn ban is the first 6 months.
