What are the must sees/eats. We’ve been to Lisbon so we know the basics, but I’ve heard Porto is phenomenal.

Porto is great. Rent a bike and ride down the river to the ocean. There is a small town at the end that is known for their grilled sardines. Have lunch at one of the outdoor restaurants. Best dining in Porto was Tapabento by the train depot. Make a rez or you wont get in. Line starts queuing 45 min before they open. Try Porto's famous sandwich- the Francesinha.

Try
Orpheu Porto - Tapas and cocktails
Aduelas- very casual bar/restaurant, hopping
Sunset with wine from jardin do Morro- walk both levels of the Ponte Luis I to get there and back for a different take
Mercado do Bolhao
As someone mentioned, rent bikes and ride out to Capela do Senhor de pedra, have lunch along the way.
Have a drink at Base Porto
hard to go wrong.....

My real advice is to skip Porto and go spend those days at a quinta in the Douro Valley (Quinta do Vallado, Quinta da Gricha, etc.)
We are embarking on a duoro river wine cruise from Porto. Instead of time in Lisbon since we’ve been, we were going to spend a couple of days in Porto before the cruise. Thanks for all of the recommendations ITT

You need to eat a Franceschina in Porto. Walk across the Luís I Bridge and go sit on the hill at Jardim do Morro and watch the sunset.

Have a Bifana sandwich (or two, they're small) at Sol Y Sambra. Cash only but pretty cheap.

Love Porto. Do a walking tour of the port wineries across the river and then another one (guided is recommended) of the city if you have time. We did a boat tour on the river but the walking tours were superior.
The old ornate libraries in Portugal are unreal to step into. There’s bats living in some, to help control the moths lol.
