Just drove the stretch between O’Neal and Sherwood and counted 8 different food trucks. Has anyone tried one worth a crap?

Taking a crap is inevitable after eating food from them.

Id imagine it’s authentic compared to the tex mex crap. I’m intrigued with 8 in a 2.5 mile stretch

I like the one next to the granite and stone yard, never paid attention to the name.

are there people in line that don't look like you necessarily? if yes, then get in line with them and enjoy it.

At some point after Katrina some food trucks showed up in this area. I went to one and everyone in line was Hispanic and the truck workers could understand English, but they didn’t seem to be be able to speak it.
The other folks helped me order and told me when my order was called out.

Good stuff.

Yes. Azteca’s by Monterey is very good (the one by our daily bread). Taqueria Acapulco over by Flannery is also good.

Aztecas is ok.

Chamos Venezuelan is excellent.

Tacos El Mosco on Airline is also excellent. They recently opened a brick and mortar restaurant in Prairieville.

Also good is Tacos La Catrina.

I think most all of them are on Facebook and a couple are searchable on google maps as well.

Yeah a tailgate tint with a bunch of chairs and a table is a nice look. I think my favorite is seeing the Mexican flag flying high

The potholes too
