Washington Post has just released their post-debate poll of the same group of people they polled prior to the debate. The results are great for DeSantis. He was chosen as performing the best by 29% of respondents. Vivek by 26%.

DeSantis also increased his share of people who would consider voting for him from 51% to 67%. He's now leading the pack there, Trump is still at 61%. Vivek went from 23 to 46% so another big jump for him.

DeSantis favorability went from 58 to 72%, Trump 65 to 59% and Vivek 30 - 60%. The bad news for Vivek here is that his unfavorable went from 13 to 32%. DeSantis stayed at 25%.

You mean to tell me this board is extremely far from reality? Shocker.

Fox News did a panel as well of regular people, R PRimary voters, and pretty much all agreed Desantis won and they liked him more.

DERP to this board.

Weird. I would’ve thought one of our poll watcher hawks would have been all over posting this new poll.

The majority of this board lives in a Twitter world. It’s a far from reality MAGA bubble.

Scott and Asa I think are not long for this world.

Pence will stick around for a little but but he's going to drop before Iowa.

Christie will get the Anti-Trump sentiment at least to some degree and hover in the 5-10% for awhile.

Ok.

Trump is going to win the nomination, most likely.

But Desantis is going to do fine and be fine, and this board is not reality.

Asa will drop out because he won't make the next debate and that is it for him.

Scott will stay in to continue pulling votes from DeSantis. He is Trump's VP pick so he will play his part. He also has pretty good fundraising behind him so he has the money to stay in for a long time.

He is a great attack dog. Just like VIVECK is in the race to protect Trump and attack DeSantis I believe Christie is effective at launching bombs (not just farts, preempt fat jokes).

Everyone knew this was the case last night (except the guys who only get news from Trump social media influencers).

Do you trust Fox news to be impartial about Presidential politics?

This is a pretty useless statistic. Nearly every Trump voter would vote for DeSantis if he ends up being the nominee, but he won't pull that vote against Trump.

You mean to tell me that TODAY we like polls again?

Pick one and stick with it, or don’t. But don’t then also complain that such behavior detracts from your already substandard credibility.

It’s actually the opposite of useless.

I think it’s going to be a lot closer than has been stated. Hence the sycophants trying to end it before it started.
