Fantasy football punishment

My buddies and I are trying to think of a good punishment for whoever gets last place for our league. We are going to Cabo for a bachelor party in February, so that would be cool to maybe enforce the punishment then. Any ideas?

A know some guys who used to have the loser get a belly button ring and wear it for the full year. Idk if it is still a tradition or not.

My son was in a league with the Waffle House punishment. The loser put it off for almost a year. My son paid $75 to have Joey Chestnut send the guy a video. It was awesome. Joey lit into him, then gave him tips on eating massive amounts.
