I remember when Ronald Curry was a recruit. I feel old.

Just saw him giving the pre game prep talk and the guys were just staring at him blankly. Dude is such a goof.

I'm surprised this topic hasn't garnered more discussion here. With everyone complaining about Carmichael (including myself), does this signify a possible shift in the offensive operations?

I don’t think so. A few other teams have done this with minority head coaches. It’s the Eric Bienemy effect.

“We have to showcase minority coaches because nobody is hiring them because the league is racist”

Sadly, this is likely all this is.

He is calling a decent game so far.

I agree. Play calls aren’t bad, the penalties kill us and the execution isn’t there.

I think he's trying to be careful.

No big shots down the field passing.

The catch Miller made on the wheel route was a nice play.

The screen Bowden got for 32 yards, Nice!

It’s good to give assistants experience. If something were to happen to Carmichael it will be good to have had this experience

He will be an OC soon and possibly with us if Carmichael decides for a change.

I agree. Plus, he got the keys to the beater car while Pete gets to drive the fancy sports car.

Has Pete got a serious offer before though?

He's mixing it up well...EXCEPT for ALL of our 3rd and long calls with Winston at QB ! How many times are we going to drop him back in the pocket while he faces the more than predictable blitz ??? He can't move 5 feet and gets sacked almost every time !!!

I don’t think but wasn’t there rumors he didn’t want to be the OC when Sean Payton left.

That wide receiver or tight end Krull needs to catch 1000 balls before season begins
