Last Saturday started with extreme fatigue and awful headache all day - pretty much had to stay in bed

Monday evening while getting ready to fall asleep I suddenly had unexplained intense deep pulsing, ache/shooting pain below clavicle on left side. Lasted about 5 minutes and then went away.

The next day I developed a new, intense headache in left temple, along with neck tightness and jaw pain in that left side. Left arm then proceeded to feel a bit limp between the shoulder and elbow

All symptoms subsided on their own in about 1 hour

Now, as I’m typing 3 days later, I am noticing that my left arm again feels very achy from shoulder to elbow and my left jaw and temple are aching

Did u get the jab? Jk

I had the same issues a few years back and went to the ER. After testing, it was blood pressure issues. I had stroke level BP and had to get on meds. Go get it checked out rather than worrying about it. I’d rather be told I over reacted than be dead.

Got the part 1 & 2 of the first Pfizer shot but no boosters

Otherwise “healthy” (don’t exercise much and don’t eat spectacularly) but no other known health issues

Go to the doctor asap. Your body could be warning you. Could be a mild stoke, heart attack, circulation issues, who knows.

You need to get to your doctor. Those are classic cardiological symptoms

Odds are it isn’t a heart attack at your age, but why risk it? Go see a doctor.

Currently, no symptoms anymore. Gonna take my blood pressure and see what I’m looking at. I think y’all have pretty much answered what I should do though. Pending the BP, if I have another symptom today or tomorrow, prob going to ER. Have young children so I want to err on the side of caution for their sake. Had two younger, mid-40s neighbors recently pass from sudden heart attacks so I think that has me being a slight hypochondriac, but better safe than sorry

ETA: 20 year paramedic here. Also, best friend had a heart attack with perfect BP and low cholesterol.
Your BP can be perfect while still having a massive MI. I'm not saying your are having one, but I'd go get checked. At least go by your nearest ambulance service and let them run what's called a 12 lead. It ain't definitive as blood work but can give some piece of mind if you are adamant you don't want to go to ER.

ETA 2: Damn, my eta 1 was above my post, my bad.

What are your stress/anxiety levels like from work, home, life, etc? Go to the doctor. That’s what we pay for insurance.

I am in my mid to late 30s and had some similar symptoms when I got long Covid. Also had some dizziness with the tight pinch on my outer left chest almost near the armpit. I had some echocardiograms and never found anything. Lasted for months. Was scary as hell. I couldn’t exercise for months. I am now just starting to try and run again after gaining a lot of weight and I’m so anxious about feeling it again. Good luck with finding out what’s going on.

That sucks. I have anxiety about the soreness I get in my chest and arms, but it’s just from lifting heavy. I’ve been checked multiple times by doctors and they say my heart is fine.

Unfortunately, I tend to stress more than any other male I know. Been on anxiety meds for a year

I get stress. Have you looked into transcendental meditation? I’m high stress as well. When I started a company with a friend I was working 7-days a week and did an equity play so I wasn’t making any money to start. All that on top of an anxiety disorder and major depressive disorder. Other meditations never worked for me because I couldn’t get out of my head, but with TM you’re focusing on a phrase or word you’re repeating over and over. I used cannabis to help with anxiety but when I was preparing for ayahuasca I had to stop smoking weed and found that a little tobacco before meditated made me lightheaded which took me out of my “monkey mind” and allowed me to drop into meditation a lot easier. Rounds of progressive muscle relaxation and bouts of a cold press to the back of my neck have helped as well.
