Yes, less crime, better food, better healthcare, and more centralized communities.

If winters weren't so brutal, Scotland.

I'd move to the English countryside outside of York. Hour train ride to London for stuff to do and direct flights anywhere in the world.

Visited some distant relatives in Burgundy, France and I definitely want to spend some more time there.
