Did the 2020 CARES Act help fund the election steal?

Trump has a tendency to set his own landmines, which can be frustrating
at times.
Not sure exactly how these funds are appropriated. But Republicans in general, have a long history of funding the very things they claim to be fighting against, over and over. So it's not just Trump, but still worth noting how Trump tried to throw Massie out for not supporting this completely bloated monstrosity (CARES act)
The 2020 election was absolutely stolen from Trump and the American people. But did Trump do enough to stop it?

Was Trump perfect? No. Did he get fooled? Yes. Judging by the fact that 40 of his 44 cabinet appointments have come out against him he was fooled a lot.
But, is he part of the problem or a pain in the arse of those who are the problem? He is the only remotely close to outsider in the race and I for one don't mind putting him back there to irritate the crap out of the deep staters. I know full well that he will be fooled again many times, but it's better than anyone else running who will just rubber stamp the uniparty line.
If anyone else is elected besides Trump or Kennedy, they will have fooled us once again. At least he is one of us.
In other words, whoever the uniparty is against, I am for.

The whole "Get Out The Vote" narrative/mechanism sounds virtuous, but in effect regarding the current scenario, is lethal and pernicious. Those 'Omnibus' Bills are Democrat $$$ out the wazoo, virtually untraceable and unlimited. BLM and Antifa had hired pros going from State to State to gas light the streets.

That’s the problem with 1,000+ page bills. All sorts of crap buried in them. A few hundred million here, a couple billion there
